IOS - Sign In with Apple ID
All users using IOS 13 and above can now sign in with their Apple ID
Note: Sign in with Apple ID is only intended for users who don't already have an account. Signing in with your Apple ID if you already have an account will create a whole new account.
- Open the Interactive Home APP
- Select Log In with Existing Account
- Select Sign in with Apple at the bottom of the page
- Done
Android/IOS - Optimized the creation of Smart Scenes and Automations
Our old method for creating smart scenes and automation was hard for users to operate, which lead to lower efficiency and poor displaying of smart scenes. this update rectifies that.
When you create a new smart scene or automation will be prompted with the option to select a condition, either
Smart Scene:
- Launch Tap to Run (Smart Scene)
Smart Automation:
- When the weather changes
- When the location changes (Geofencing)
- Schedule
- When the device status changes
Once a condition is selected, you're then asked to set up a task
- Run the device (Device Actions)
- Select Smart (Launch Tap to Run / Enable or Disable Automation)
- Send Notification (Message Centre notification)
- Delay
Once your task is set, you will be able to set the scene/automation name, style.
Note: If creating Smart Automation, you will also be able to select the automation's validity period (Time and day for when
the automation is able to be operated).
If creating a Smart Scene (Tap to run) then you won't be prompted with a "Validity Period" but rather the option to show your smart scene on the home page or not for quicker operation.
Android/IOS - Multi-View for cameras.
You are now able to view 4 cameras at once and control them individually.
When 2 or more cameras are added into your home, there will be a camera icon in the top bar like this
You will be prompted with a popup message showing you the feature is now available for use.
Once Multi-View is selected, your first 4 cameras from the "All Devices" page is loaded.
Note: (Page can be viewed in either Horizontal or landscape)
Note: If your camera doesn't support this feature at launch, don't worry, we are pushing software updates to all our cameras over the next few weeks to allow support for the Multi-View Feature.
Android/IOS - Ability to mark messages as "Read" and Delete messages in Message Center
Alarm messages can now be marked as Read and marked for delete.
Home and Bulletin messages can only be marked for delete.
Android/IOS - Ability to edit/delete Smart Scenes and automation from the device settings panel
Once you have created a smart scene/automation, you will find the attached smart scenes/automatons in the device settings page, here you can toggle on/off the automation and edit/delete smart scenes/automation.
Android/IOS - Ability to enter an address for Family Location when creating/editing a family.
When you create a family, the app used to take your "Current Location" which wasn't always accurate, but now you are able to enter the exact address you would like to set as your family location.
Note: The address you enter directly affects the Geolocation feature and its ability to execute.
Please enter the correct address if you would like to utilise this feature to its full potential.
