Amazon Alexa provides the user with a hands-free voice assistant in which can trigger devices, scenes, routines and many more avenues on how you would like to control your smart home.


 

  1. Complete your product set up in the Interactive Home App
    Complete the device's networking configuration according to the prompts in the app

    Note: In the App, change the name of your device to be easily identifiable such a "bed light"; names are usually in English.

  2. Configure Amazon Echo Device
    If you haven't set up your Amazon Echo device (Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Spot, Echo Show), please find set up instructions from the official Amazon support website Here

    Connect Amazon Alexa to Interactive home devices

      1. Open Amazon Alexa app.
      2. Tap Devices.
      3. Tap YOUR SMART HOME SKILLS.
      4. Tap ENABLE SMART HOME SKILLS.
      5. Search Interactive Home.
      6. Tap ENABLE TO USE.
      7. Sign in to the skill using your Interactive Home account login.
      8. Tap DISCOVER DEVICES.

  3. How to use Amazon Alexa with your devices

    Once setup is complete you will be able to do the following commands:
