Deregistering a smart device removes the product control from your account and the cloud. The reason for this would be to connect to a new wifi network, moving house etc.


There are two ways to deregister your smart device.


Device Settings "Remove Device"



  1. Open the Interactive Home app

  2. Select the device you want to remove

  3. Select settings "..." in the top right

  4. Scroll to the bottom then select "Remove Device" and confirm.


Your device should power cycle then be removed from the cloud/app and enter pairing mode (Fast Flashing Status Light)


Factory Reset Device



  1. Find the reset button on your smart product



    • Cameras (Reset button will be labelled on the device. Check the manual for reference)


    • Plug's/Switches: Power button



  2. Hold down the reset button for 5 seconds


Your device should power cycle then be removed from the cloud/app and enter pairing mode (Fast Flashing Status Light)


Once you have reset your device, you can reregister as factory default.
